Indecomm Global Services has announced that Jeff Burrus has been named vice president of the firm's Lending Solutions Group. In this role, Jeff will manage all aspects of the operations of the group that is spread across a sizeable remote workforce and operations locations in Bowie, Md. and Charlotte, N.C. Jeff is responsible for the development of client relationships, day-to-day operations, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Indecomm, Jeff worked for Equifirst Corporation, where he held multiple senior level positions. As VP of business development, Jeff identified lending needs and developed solutions for community banks. Working directly with bank presidents, he also wrote strategic marketing and business plans. As VP of production, Jeff managed a large operations group which included underwriters, processors, and managers as well as a group of eighty salespeople and managers. This operations group oversaw activities ranging from origination to funding. In addition to managing day-to-day process flow and organizational structure, Jeff was responsible for multiple project management positions, including new lines of business, new products, and systems upgrades. Jeff has also worked as a senior consultant, helping banks streamline their lending groups and improve efficiencies.
