Churchill Mortgage Adds 23 to Its Team

Churchill Mortgage has announced the addition of 23 new employees to support their lending business across multiple branches. Supporting efforts for the Brentwood, Tenn. office is Thomas Giles, joining as junior developer and responsible for supporting Churchill’s IT team in delivering dependable service. Tracey Graven comes to the Brentwood office as a loan processor, where she brings more than 22 years of experience to Churchill. Graven is responsible for preparing mortgage application loans for underwriting, including validating and verifying documents prior to the loan being sent to the underwriters for approval. Heather Brady joins as the newest underwriter for the Brentwood office, along with new set up manager Kaylyn McClarren, who brings more than eight years of customer service and management experience.
Meredith Dozier joins the Brentwood location as loan submission coordinator. Churchill adds Tamela Strony as a loan originator, where she brings 10 years of mortgage lending experience. Strony is responsible for the loan application process and providing guidance to lenders. Larry Richards is the newest mortgage advisor, and Adrianne Titanski joins the secondary marketing team. Furthermore, both Samantha Dumont joins as a closer and Ted Ciuba as a loan officer with several years of international business development experience.
The Houston branch also continues to expand, adding Joey Scott as the branch manager, responsible for expanding business in Tulsa, Okla. The branch also adds Sylvia Rodriguez and Angela Vargas as set up managers.
The North Texas branch welcomes Lindsay Davis as a mortgage processor where she is responsible for processing home loans for Dallas and the Greater Texas Region. Rosanna West joins as the newest loan processor, and Brittany Holmes is the newest office assistant for the North Texas branch.
Churchill’s Jackson, Tenn. branch adds Ashley Betts as a processing assistant, where she is responsible for organizing mortgage files. The Jackson branch’s newest processor is Elaine Harrison, who is responsible for processing loan applications. Having worked in trust departments, operations and lending organizations, she brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Churchill. Amy Severs Lawrence joins as a loan originator, bringing eight years of experience.
Supporting efforts in Chattanooga, Tenn., Churchill welcomes Kevin Sipe, home loan specialist, who is responsible for helping homeowners choose the best mortgage structure for their needs.
Kathleen Wash joins the Memphis branch as a home loan specialist responsible for sourcing new loan opportunities, informing borrowers of various loan products offered by Churchill Mortgage and creating a pleasant experience for the borrower. She brings more than 14 years of mortgage and banking experience. Last, Sean Moore joins the Memphis branch as the newest loan officer.
Churchill’s Herndon, Va. branch also expanded, recruiting Anh Tran as an assistant home loan specialist. Tran will be responsible for sourcing new loan opportunities and informing customers of various loan products offered by Churchill Mortgage.
