Supreme Lending Adds Brian Mitchell to Lead National Sales

Dec 03, 2012

Supreme Lending has named Brian Mitchell as its new senior vice president, national sales manager. A 20-year mortgage banking veteran, Mitchell will be responsible for developing new loan production and adding new branches around the country. Mitchell comes to Supreme Lending from Envoy Mortgage in Houston, Texas where he was regional vice president, managing 31 branches in eight states in the central U.S., including Texas. He opened 16 new branches in his region in his first year at Envoy. Mitchell noted that Supreme Lending is targeting Texas this year, among other regions, to increase production volume. The lender is in the process of opening three new branches in the Dallas area. Prior to joining Envoy, Mitchell served as senior vice president of National City Mortgage where he managed branches in the Northwest. His experience will be valuable at Supreme Lending, as the company is focusing on opening branches in the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas and building loan volume throughout the region, including Colorado. Mitchell also founded a mortgage banking firm, Express Loan America. “What attracted me to Supreme Lending is that it is a company with branch managers who are entrepreneurs committed to customer satisfaction,” Mitchell said. “The daily focus at Supreme Lending is what it can do for its branches, like maintaining quick turnaround times of two to three days. The customer sees our commitment to service. There’s a reason our loans perform better than our competitors’ loans.” Supreme Lending has developed a customer-focused lending infrastructure, with loan processes and technologies specifically designed to build and sustain long-term customer relationships. The majority of the company’s production always has been generated by referrals from previous customers and local real estate professionals. “A key reason that we’re able to recruit and retain such high-level quality employees—as represented in our hiring of Brian Mitchell—is our active commitment to customer satisfaction,” said Scott Everett, president of Supreme Lending. “Brian’s expertise is in recruiting new branches and building production volume in key regions, which will help us reach our goal of bringing our customer-focused initiatives and technologies to more borrowers around the country.”
