Jonny Fowler to Lead Retail Branching Development at RFC

Dec 06, 2012

Residential Finance Corporation (RFC) has announced the addition of Jonathan Fowler as division vice president of business development for retail branching. Fowler will be tasked with recruiting and mentoring RFC branches nationwide. Fowler brings to the position channel-specific experience and the expertise necessary to nurture and grow successful branches.  "Jonny and I have talked for years about working together and now the stars aligned," said Daniel Jacobs, managing director of retail branching at RFC. "The year 2013 is going to be the best year for the mortgage industry in years, and RFC continues to build with the best and the brightest in the industry. This year brought four-fold growth for RFC and we plan to top that again in 2013!" He has spent the last 12 years identifying and developing successful retail branches nationwide for mortgage originators. Most recently, he was an executive at America’s Choice Home Loans (ACHL) in Houston, where he was in charge of recruiting branches, operational expansion and developing policies and procedures for the branches. Prior to that he spent a decade at Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation. "So many companies have tried to dabble in retail branching, but I haven't seen anyone as seriously dedicated to doing right as RFC," said Fowler. "I couldn't be more excited to join the RFC team and work with Daniel and his team! It is refreshing and exciting to find a company with a solid vision and positive culture that delivers what it says it will in products and customer service.
