Patricia Rauch Named COO of Global DMS

Global DMS has announced that Patricia Rauch has joined the company in the position of chief operating officer, where she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the entire company, including system development, client services, finance, sales and marketing. Rauch is focused on developing and implementing sound organizational strategies along with policies and procedures that facilitate operational excellence and an enhanced customer experience for Global DMS’ solution set and services. Patricia has more than 25 years of domestic and international business and leadership experience in operations and financial management across a variety of disparate industries. She has worked for billion dollar enterprises as well as start up ventures. Prior to joining Global DMS, Patricia had the role of president at Sandvik Innovations, where she managed all business aspects of a global product development company within the publishing industry. Before that, she served as the VP and GM for The Franklin Mint’s retail division and launched a new wholesale business that included placement of the company’s products in over 1,500 independent retailers in the U.S. Patricia also spent 12 years in various financial roles, more specifically as a financial officer for a Fortune 300 global manufacturing company. “We have experienced significant growth over the past few years and as such, we have put the right building blocks in place along the way to manage our expansion at a controlled rate,” said Vladimir Bien-Aime, CEO of Global DMS. “Patricia has a roll your sleeves up, hands on approach to operations management with a proven track record of successfully overseeing all functional areas of organizations. She will unequivocally be instrumental in helping take our business to the next level as we continue to grow.” Patricia holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
