MCS Expands With New Tampa Facility

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS) has announced a new facility for its Tampa headquarters. MCS’ Tampa operations were previously managed from two locations. The new office enables the company to consolidate its entire Tampa-based staff into one location, encouraging greater employee collaboration. It also has the capacity to house more staff, positioning MCS for further growth in 2013. “The expansion of MCS’ footprint this year has been tremendous," said Caroline Reaves, chief executive officer of Mortgage Contracting Services. "We are fortunate enough to have created jobs, better concentrated our resources and prepared for a strong growth trajectory. The bottom line is, our organization is making a difference in how we can serve our clients as well as work with other parties such as our vendor network and local municipalities. We are in this business to help people. Whether it is generating employment, providing education to code enforcement officials or helping protect neighborhoods from blight, MCS is ensuring our growth equals greater impact.” In 2012, MCS completed a second expansion of its Plano, Texas, office and also introduced a third site in Ruston, La. MCS opened its Plano facility in 2007 to achieve true data, workplace and workforce redundancies; the latest expansion added 50 percent more space to accommodate new business and demand for the company’s services. MCS’ new Louisiana location brings at least 90 high-quality jobs to a rural area that is rich in talent and ambition.
