Stonegate Mortgage Opens New Ohio Branch

Stonegate Mortgage Corporation has announced the opening of a full-service retail office in downtown Akron, Ohio. Spearheading the new office is Stonegate Mortgage Senior Branch Manager Joshua Leeser, who brings over 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, specializing in Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA) and conventional financing loans. “As a lifelong resident of Akron, I am excited to bring Stonegate’s mortgage expertise to this three-time All-American City award winner and surrounding communities. We are excited to grow a world-class mortgage team in the vibrant downtown Akron area and beyond,” Leeser said. In addition to Leeser, the new branch will also utilize the talents of a team of mortgage advisors with a combined 45 years of mortgage and financial services experience.
