MCS Names Paul Swindle VP of Operations

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a provider of property preservation, inspections and real estate-owned (REO) property maintenance to the financial services industry, has promoted Paul Swindle to vice president of operations. In this new capacity, Swindle will further advance process efficiencies within the organization, for clients and across its vendor network as well as help develop new business offerings for the company’s growing and diversifying client base.
Swindle was previously assistant vice president at MCS, contributing to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and its overall direction to build upon the company’s market gains. He assumed that role after being an asset preservation coordinator, effectively leading client teams for key company accounts. Swindle was also a team lead and director where he oversaw and developed strategic property preservation and inspection processes for his clients.
Prior to joining MCS, Swindle was program director for the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and an associate member of the United States Foreclosure Network.
“Paul’s ability to strategically think about what MCS can accomplish now and into the future, and then share those ideas with the executive team, has made him a valuable member of our company,” said Caroline Reaves, CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services. “We look forward to having him in a more concentrated role where he can be an even greater asset in our mission to continue stabilizing the housing industry.”
