Prospect Mortgage LLC is launching a national television campaign to create awareness for the company's renovation home loan program and to build its national brand presence.
The campaign will feature Prospect's renovation home loan product, the "Prospect Dream Remodel Loan." The commercials will begin airing in February, concentrating on national cable networks. The four-week campaign will reach more than 12 million unique viewers, focusing on home-centric programming on networks such as HGTV, TLC and DIY.
"A renovation home loan opens a whole new segment of the existing home market for homebuyers who want to purchase a property that needs work, and it also allows current homeowners to make home improvements through a refinance," said Prospect's Chief Marketing Officer Kevin Morefield. "Our objective is to create awareness for Prospect and this unique home loan product."
The commercials follow Prospect renovation loan customers through their project by showing before/after images and video of the home. The homeowners are featured on camera talking about their experience and highlighting the benefits of an FHA 203(k) renovation loan. Prospect is the nation's second-largest FHA 203(k) renovation lender and leading source of renovation mortgage loan products.
"The campaign promotes our leadership in renovation lending and provides national exposure for our renovation loan products," said Morefield. "By highlighting this innovative product offering, we see a tremendous opportunity to grow this segment of our business as well as an opportunity to differentiate Prospect from other mortgage companies that are focused solely on rate/term refinances."
