Hammerhouse LLC has announced the hiring of Julie Ann Holmes and Beatriz Camacho as Strategic Growth Partners. According to Managing Partner Steve Rennie, “We continue to grow our team to support existing mortgage banker and depository clients’ acquisition of talent with transferrable, purchase-oriented books of relationship-based business. Both Julie Ann and Beatriz have solid experience in our industry and bring a wealth of knowledge to the team. We will immediately leverage both Julie Ann and Beatriz with our existing clients to strategically infill and expand their production and operations teams."
Julie Ann Holmes is being hired to help support Hammerhouse’s client growth and expand the company’s national mortgage sales recruiting infrastructure. Julie Ann will report to Steve Rennie, Managing Partner supporting clients in the western and central part of the country and will be based in our Mission Viejo, Calif. corporate office.
Julie Ann’s sales and recruiting experience spans 14 plus years. Julie Ann began her career in financial services in 1999 working as a mortgage loan officer. She soon transitioned to become a wholesale account executive with one of the largest national banks. Julie Ann supported mortgage professionals in the Rocky Mountain marketplace (Utah, Nevada and Idaho), working with loan officers and mortgage companies of all shapes and sizes.
Beatriz Camacho is being hired to work with TORQ (Hammerhouse's mortgage operations talent recruitment division). She will be reporting directly to Drew Waterhouse, Managing Director and CEO to support clients nationally and will be based in our Mission Viejo, Calif. corporate office.
Beatriz has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 8 years in recruiting. Her efforts were specifically focused in Mortgage, Title, Escrow, and Administrative support staffing. During her time as a recruiter, she has excelled at sourcing hard to find talent, as well as, managing client accounts. Beatriz has demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining talented employees aligned with a client’s core value proposition and culture. She spent three years working on a team with one of Orange County’s top producing purchase originators. The insight gained enables her to qualify candidates at a higher level for this type of demanding environment.
