He also held several positions at iQ4bis, where he deployed and documented best practice processes covering professional service sales, order fulfillment and client support, increasing overall customer satisfaction by 35 percent. Houston was also a principal consultant at Mortgage Cadence, where he managed implementations from a customer success perspective to ensure both Mortgage Cadence and its clients met agreed deliverables. He also held various positions at Del Mar DataTrac (now Ellie Mae), including product support specialist, sales engineer and account manager. While there, he established and maintained strong relationships with current and new clients. Furthermore, Houston was assistant vice president of Funding and Secondary Marketing for First Nations Home Finance, where he performed secondary marketing functions and duties. “Blueberry Systems persistently pursues the competitive advantage for its clients,” said Houston. “Joining their team was a natural fit for me, and I look forward to being a part of their future success.” “Jordan has a well rounded mortgage and technology background that fits right in with our wealth of mortgage DNA at Blueberry Systems,” said Dominick Marchetti, EVP at Blueberry Systems. “Jordan has a great reputation within the industry and we feel fortunate to have him.
