Blueberry Systems Names Jordan Houston New Business Development Manager

Blueberry Systems LLC has announced Jordan Houston as its new business development manager, bringing more than 12 years of mortgage and technology expertise. Prior to joining Blueberry Systems, Houston held positions at QuestSoft, including business development manager and national client success manager, where he successfully implemented the company’s software to multiple mortgage lending institutions across 50 states. A direct result of his success, the company increased revenue by 150 percent.
At DocuTech, Houston was a national implementation manager and customer success manager, managing implementations for the entire sales staff. He also held several positions at iQ4bis, where he deployed and documented best practice processes covering professional service sales, order fulfillment and client support, increasing overall customer satisfaction by 35 percent.
Houston was also a principal consultant at Mortgage Cadence, where he managed implementations from a customer success perspective to ensure both Mortgage Cadence and its clients met agreed deliverables. He also held various positions at Del Mar DataTrac (now Ellie Mae), including product support specialist, sales engineer and account manager. While there, he established and maintained strong relationships with current and new clients.
Furthermore, Houston was assistant vice president of Funding and Secondary Marketing for First Nations Home Finance, where he performed secondary marketing functions and duties.
