GMH Mortgage Names Frank DiMaio Senior VP of National Retail Sales

GMH Mortgage Services LLC recently announced the addition of Frank DiMaio as Senior Vice President of National Retail Sales. "In our pursuit for a consummate 'Best in Class' visionary to lead our national sales group, all indicators pointed to Frank DiMaio. Frank's management experience, sales expertise and industry relationships create instant credibility and exposure for our rapidly growing brand," said Joseph Macchione, CEO of GMH Mortgage Services. "Frank will immediately begin recruiting, developing and training a national retail sales team in targeted areas of the country, while simultaneously building our sales pipeline, lead development channels and strategic alliances. His success at both GMAC Mortgage and Wells Fargo illustrates his innate ability to strategically build world-class teams with a focus on accretive revenue growth and the pinnacle of customer service." DiMaio has 20-plus years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage in Fort Washington, Pa. where he was the regional VP of retail sales. While at GMAC, DiMaio managed a team of eight area managers and 75 loan officers that were part of a nationally-ranked top five retail mortgage sales business. During DiMaio's tenure at GMAC, he increased the active pipeline and fundings by 300 percent year-over-year while implementing numerous sales and growth strategies for both real estate owned and retail purchase models. Prior to that, DiMaio worked at American Home Bank where he was Division President, and Wells Fargo, where his continued successes elevated him from receiving the "Rookie of The Year" award in 2001, and Number One Regional Manager on the $30 Billion Builder Team.
