LenderLive Network Inc. recently announced the addition of two industry veterans to key positions. Brian Fitzgerald as West Coast regional account manager and Donna West as Southeast regional account manager. Both will be representing the ICBA Mortgage Services platform, which is within the company’s correspondent lending division and provides mortgage-related services to community banks.
Fitzgerald is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with ICBA member banks and creating correspondent lending accounts for LenderLive. He works with the presidents of community banks and their mortgage experts to create and maintain long-term relationships. Prior to joining LenderLive, Fitzgerald was the branch manager of Central Bancorp in Colorado Springs, Colo. He also owned a leading mortgage brokerage firm in Northern Colorado.
West has more than 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for establishing and managing business opportunities throughout the Southeast, as well as offering support to community banks and their mortgage customers. Since beginning her career as a loan officer, West has had numerous roles, including account manager, account executive and regional sales manager. She has worked with several national wholesale lenders and correspondent banks, including Bank of America, Net Bank and U.S. Bank.
“Community banks have unique needs when it comes to mortgage originations, and we can meet those needs with the depth of knowledge and understanding our team has in the mortgage industry,” said Dave Vida, president of LenderLive Loan Servicing division, who also oversees the Correspondent Lending division. “Having veterans like Donna and Brian gives LenderLive the ability to serve our clients most effectively and continue to grow.”
