360 Mortgage Group has announced the hiring of Kim Bessette and Jennifer Warthen as wholesale account executives, with more than 25 years of combined wholesale mortgage lending experience. Bessette and Warthen will be working to develop new business relationships and will consult, educate, train and support high quality mortgage brokers in their respective markets. Bessette will focus her efforts on supporting the mortgage broker community in the Central & Northeastern Florida region, while Warthen will focus on the San Diego, Calif. area.

Bessette joins 360 Mortgage with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, primarily in the wholesale lending channel. During her career, Bessette has held numerous wholesale mortgage lending positions, including account executive with WesLend Wholesale, account manager with Washington Mutual, account executive with Vertice (American Mortgage Network), and producing sales manager with Guaranty Bank’s wholesale division. Prior to her wholesale career, Bessette was a successful retail originator, and experienced operations professional.
Warthen comes to 360 Mortgage with more than 12 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending and a highly successful track record in sales, marketing, and training in the San Diego market. Most recently, she worked as a wholesale account executive at Plaza Home Mortgage, where she helped mortgage brokers expand production. Previously, Warthen held wholesale account executive positions at American Brokers Conduit, a division of American Home Mortgage, Capitol Commerce Mortgage Corporation and Commonwealth United.
