Churchill Mortgage Expands Its Branch Network With 16 New Emploiyees

Churchill Mortgage has announced the addition of 16 new employees, adding more than 100 years of combined industry experience and providing a strong start to 2013 to further support company growth across its branch network. Adding more than 35 years of combined mortgage industry experience to the Brentwood, Tenn. branch, Andrea Dean, Jamie Nelson and Ryan O’Dell are the lender’s newest mortgage loan processors, and Jasper Tollet and Alexander Moss are the newest junior loan processors. In their new roles, they will each be responsible for validating and verifying mortgage application documents for underwriting prior to approval. Kim Law also joins the Brentwood branch as a senior underwriter, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience as a top-producing underwriter. Also joining the Brentwood branch as underwriters, Lisa Dantes and Stacy Kong bring more than 35 years of combined underwriting experience. Churchill also welcomes four new home loan specialists to support efforts across Middle Tennessee, including Jeff Escue, Richard Harris, Tiffany Hendrix and Anna Russiano. They will each be responsible for helping borrowers choose the best mortgage option to suit their needs. Furthermore, Churchill Mortgage recruited Laura Malone, who joins the lender’s Memphis, Tenn. branch as a processor. Beyond Tennessee, Churchill Mortgage continues to expand as the demand for mortgage financing increases. In Dallas, the lender recruited Elisa Modesto as an assistant to area manager Jason Dickson. Additionally, Churchill added LePriest Goss as the newest home loan specialist for the lender’s Houston branch, who brings more than five years of financial services expertise. Finally, in Greenwood, S.C., Christy Moore joins Churchill Mortgage as the branch’s newest loan processor with more than four years of mortgage industry experience. “Churchill Mortgage continues to rapidly grow, and these individuals play an important role in that continued growth and enable us to expand our presence in additional communities throughout the nation,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “Our ability to set new precedents within the lending industry while providing the same trusted, consultative lending services will hinge on available, strong industry talent.
