Teri Felix Joins loanDepot.com as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer

To support the growth plans and expansion of its residential mortgage lending business, loanDepot.com, LLC has announced the addition of Teri Felix to the executive leadership team. Felix joins loanDepot as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. "We're assembling a best-in-class executive team to ensure we deliver a great value mortgage product and superior customer service," said CEO and founder Anthony Hsieh. "loanDepot has experienced significant growth since the doors opened in 2010. With her 20 years of marketing experience, Teri will play a vital role in supporting the continued growth of the company." Felix's background includes 15 years with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where early on she was part of the founding team that started and grew Schwab's online brokerage business. While at Schwab, Felix held a number of leadership positions including heading Database Marketing and Advanced Analytics, and leading marketing for both Schwab's Retail Enterprise and Institutional Enterprise. She was most recently from Home Value Protection, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and led all marketing efforts for consumer and business-to-business channels. She has also held roles at Autodesk and GTE Telecommunications.
