Valuation Partners Adds Three to Its Management Team

Valuation Partners has named three mortgage and valuation industry veterans to its management team, as Damon Zeigler has been appointed vice president, vendor management; Amanda McIntyre has been promoted to the position of vice president of operations; and Rick Smith has been appointed vice president, controller. Zeigler brings more than 22 years of appraisal and mortgage industry experience to Valuation Partners, with particular expertise in client relations, vendor management and financial analysis. He has held numerous senior level operations and vendor management roles in the appraisal and real estate services industries, including 21 years at LSI, a leading lender processing services provider, where he served as vice president of vendor management. At Valuation Partners, Zeigler will be responsible for broadening the company’s appraiser and Realtor networks. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in economics and mathematics from Washington and Jefferson College. McIntyre has more than 10 years of appraisal operations experience in addition to a thorough knowledge of customer service and effective and efficient support services. She previously served as operations manager for Valuation Partners. In her new role, she will be responsible for improving the company’s operational systems, processes and policies, including its management reporting, information flow and management, and organizational planning. McIntyre holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Toledo. Smith brings more than 30 years of specialized real estate finance experience to his new role. A licensed CPA and real estate taxation expert, Smith previously worked for Cavalear, a nationally-recognized real estate firm. He will lead Valuation Partners in securing the financing and capital requirements necessary to meet the company’s current and projected growth, while directing its overall financial management, reporting and forecasting.
