CSI 2.0 Now Available From Real Integrated Technology

Real Integrated Technology LLC will release Commercial Site Inspector 2.0 (CSI), including upgrades to the standard-setting mobile site inspection platform, during the second quarter of 2013.  RIT has unveiled CSI University, providing education, advice and video tutorials to users on how to maximize the CSI platform, as well as improved workflow and billing management functions.  On the heels of the MBA Servicing and Technology Conference, RIT will also release additional features and improvements including MBA content and standard forms, as well as enhanced photo options and expanded bulk property upload capabilities. “Our goal when we first began development was to launch the product and enhancements in phases.  First, to get out CSI and demonstrate the full power of the integrated platform, then to incorporate additional features and upgrades as defined by our existing and potential client base,” said Mark Chrisman, CEO of Real Integrated Technology.  “This is truly a platform designed by professionals for professionals, and not just the professionals in our office.” To aid new users in getting started, as well as provide tips to existing users to enhance their experience and efficiency, CSI U was launched to deliver the basics as well as additional tips provided by existing, Expert users. In addition, CSI 2.0 will incorporate existing MBA standard commercial forms and content. “The Mortgage Bankers Association is committed to helping the industry increase efficiency and accuracy across the mortgage business. Applying  newly available, quality technology to industry standards like the MBA property inspection form, throughout the life cycle of a loan will enhance efficiency and consistency for our members,” said Kathy Marquardt, Vice President of Commercial Servicing and Council Coordinator for the Mortgage Bankers Association. “Working with and garnering the MBA’s support, and dealing directly with Kathy, have been an incredible asset in the ongoing development and improvement of CSI,” said Chrisman. In addition, CSI will upgrade the following functionality: ►Enhanced photo capabilities providing for the inclusion of more photos in each report. ►Expanded bulk property CSV upload, enhancing the inspection initiation process. ►Improved the workflow and token management functions providing even more corporate and user level flexibility.
