LoyaltyExpress has announced the completion of its integration with Ellie Mae's Encompass mortgage management solution. Encompass users can now log into LoyaltyExpress CustomerManager with all of their contacts and closed loan information accessible for high-impact marketing solutions. The marketing programs consist of direct mail, e-mail and personalized URLs (pURLs), which can be automated with no additional effort.
"Since we have many clients in common with Ellie Mae, it was strategically important to tighten the integration," said Jeff Doyle, chief executive officer of LoyaltyExpress. "Making world-class marketing readily accessible for Encompass users (and also easy to use) was the main objective."
