GSF Adds Jennis Harvill as New Texas Branch Manager

GSF Mortgage is eager to welcome Jennis “Kay” Harvill to Conroe, Texas as GSF's newest branch manager. Harvill comes with a background in real estate and is a national lender affiliate for Homes for Heroes in the Houston area and Montgomery County. Harvill brings 18 years of industry experience to GSF Mortgage. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked for American Airlines opening Admirals Clubs for 15 years. This is where she developed her incredible customer service skills that she still maintains today. In 1996, she took an early buy out and obtained her real estate license, which allowed her to stay in sales. Due to industry changes, she no longer has her real estate license but she enjoys having that knowledge. “I am always just as excited as my customers are. A new home is always a new adventure for them,” said Harvill. Harvill is appreciative to be affiliated with The Homes for Heroes Foundation, which is a separate organization whose mission is to provide or coordinate financial assistance and housing resources to our Nation’s Heroes. “Kay brings not only experience but energy and enthusiasm to GSF Mortgage. She has knowledge of many of the programs that we offer, including VA and FHA One Time Close Construction loans, which makes her an ideal model-match. We are excited to help her grow within her community. She is a welcomed addition to our family,” said GSF's National Sales Director Mike Maida.
