Carrington Mortgage Services LLC has announced the opening of a new branch and the appointment of Sales Manager Greg Rojakovick in Richmond, Va., as well as the appointment of two new branch managers: Timothy Hoy in Towson, Md. and Tyson Rondeau in Scottsdale, Ariz. Drawing from their extensive industry experience and local market knowledge, Rojakovick, Hoy and Rondeau will focus on growing Carrington’s business in their respective regions, providing a wide range of product offerings and faster turn times to effectively meet market demands – particularly with respect to reaching and serving “underserved” borrowers (typically those in the sub-640 FICO score range). “Carrington remains sharply focused on increasing our capacity, expanding our offerings in a compliant manner while maintaining our high standards for loan quality and widening our reach to effectively serve those consumers who most need the specific expertise we can provide,” said Ray Brousseau, executive vice president of Carrington Mortgage Services LLC’s Mortgage Lending Division. “These commitments require strong leadership at the local level, which is exactly what we expect from Greg Rojakovick, Timothy Hoy and Tyson Rondeau. With their industry experience, local market knowledge and tenacity to meet the unique needs of borrowers in today’s housing market, these gentlemen are well positioned to lead our teams in Richmond, Towson and Scottsdale toward providing enhanced service and the most efficient delivery of products to borrowers in these regions.” A mortgage industry veteran since the 1990s, Richmond Sales Manager Rojakovick has extensive experience across all facets of residential lending—having served as a loan officer, senior underwriter and mortgage manager, in addition to co-owning a mortgage company for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining Carrington, Rojakovick was Virginia Mortgage Manager for Mariner Finance LLC. Towson Branch Manager Hoy has more than 13 years of experience in mortgage and finance. Prior to joining Carrington, he served as Head of Mortgage Lending at Mariner Finance LLC, where he managed all facets of loan production for the regional consumer finance company’s mortgage broker operations. Hoy’s other prior experience includes managing branches for Washington Mutual Finance and First NLC Financial. Scottsdale Branch Manager Rondeau comes to Carrington with more than 14 years of experience in mortgage and finance. His prior work includes serving as branch manager at The Lending Company Inc., as well as owning and operating Universal Equity Investments LLC. Rondeau holds an MBA from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and has been ranked among the top originators in Arizona and the U.S.
