Lenderlive Bolsters Correspondent Division With Addition of Claire Rhodes

Apr 18, 2014

Lenderlive Network Inc. has announced that Claire Rhodes has joined the firm as regional account executive covering the northeast region for the Company’s Correspondent Lending division. In this position, Rhodes will work with current and prospective clients, community banks, credit unions and mortgage banks, that are participating in or considering LenderLive’s correspondent program. She will report directly to Bob Kallio, senior vice president of the correspondent division. LenderLive’s correspondent program is designed to serve the needs of mid-tier and smaller originators that want to protect their customer relationships. Unlike many large bank programs, LenderLive offers an option to co-brand its servicing with its correspondents. The program also offers quick client approval, fast turn times, competitive pricing and greater engagement during the sales process to keep clients aware of the status of their loans. Rhodes brings more than 20 years of experience to LenderLive. Most recently, she was assistant vice president at Equity Now Inc. Prior to Equity Now Inc., Rhodes was an account executive in the correspondent division of CitiMortgage, where she increased volume production in her region from $5 million annually to over $350 million. Earlier in her career, Rhodes was the managing director of Mortgage Lenders Network where she created a new retail production office servicing eight states in the northeast. Rhodes began her career at CitiMortgage as a sales manager and eventually became regional vice president of the northeast mortgage origination department. “Increased production and expansion of our correspondent client base is a major priority this year for LenderLive,” said David Vida, president of the LenderLive Correspondent Lending Division. “Opportunities, such as adding seasoned consultative, senior level account executives, like Claire, will help us meet our objectives and grow our business to better serve our customers.”
