Apr 29, 2014

Generation Mortgage Company has announced the hiring of three retail sales team members within its Central Region. Joining Generation are Missouri Area Manager Gail Hawkins, Colorado Reverse Mortgage Professional Bill Niehus and Utah Reverse Mortgage Professional Peggy Stout. Each of the three brings significant HECM expertise to Generation and is nu62sm certified, meaning they are trained to utilize the company’s proprietary nu62 software and are ready to help potential borrowers understand the HECM consumption option that best suits their individual needs. “Over the past year, we have made great strides in expanding our retail sales division, and the addition of Gail, Bill and Peggy to our team is the next stage of our growth,” said Generation Chief Sales Officer Cheryl MacNally. “Together, these professionals have more than 40 years of conversion mortgage experience, and their expertise will help Generation as we continue to gain market share in the HECM industry.”
