Caliber Home Loans Inc. announced that Brian Livingston has joined the company as regional vice president of Retail Lending for its Southeast Division. In his new role as RVP, Livingston will be responsible for growing Caliber's retail lending footprint within the state of Florida.
Livingston is an industry veteran who brings 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and prior to Caliber Home Loans held multiple executive management positions. He served as vice president and Home Loans manager for the state of Florida at a top-tier financial services firm where he managed a sales support staff covering multiple cities which included the greater Tampa Bay area. Livingston was also a Platinum Home Loans Manager in 2012 and 2013. In addition, his market was named top in the country in overall units funded in 2013.

Caliber also announced that Carl Streicher has been named Pacific Southwest divisional executive. Prior to accepting this new role, Streicher served as regional vice president of Retail Lending for the California region.
