GSF Taps Samantha Klaburner to Head New Tennessee Branch
GSF Mortgage has announced the addition of Samantha Klaburner as branch manager in the firm's Hixson, Tenn. branch. A graduate from the University of Tennessee, Klaburner has a degree in both general business and human resources. She also graduated from the Blackstone School of Law. Klaburner has been translating and negotiating contracts since the age of twelve when her parents immigrated to the United States from Greece. Since then, her entire family has worked in either law or real estate. Klaburner obtained her real estate license in 1998. Although she does not continue to do real estate, she keeps up with her CE credits. She also has experience as an independent insurance agent.
Klaburner has won many awards throughout her career. The National Notary Association named her 2009 Notary of the Year Special Honoree for her commitment to the safety and well-being of Tennessee’s families. She also has certifications including Identity Theft and Risk Management Specialist and a paralegal certification.
Klaburner also does countless hours of charity work including donating to the Battered and Abused Women’s Shelter and outreach and support for families and loved ones affected by brain cancer. She co-founded the National Association for the Safety of Teenage Drivers, which is a non-profit group dedicated to keeping young drivers safe on the road.
