Stearns Lending Adds Two Regional VPs to Correspondent Division

Stearns Lending Inc. has announced that correspondent sales leaders Jennifer Eggen and Carmen Fenn Drake have joined the company. Both now hold the position of senior regional vice president of correspondent lending, with Eggen leading correspondent growth in the South Central Region and Fenn Drake in the Southeastern Region of the U.S.

Jennifer Eggen brings more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience in sales management and production to Stearns. She also brings an exceptional level of expertise and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of correspondent lending. Prior to joining the company, Jennifer was a leader within Wells Fargo’s correspondent lending business unit where she served as vice president and regional sales executive.
Carmen Fenn Drake brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry to her position at Stearns. She is known for her leadership skills, and expertise in acquiring, developing, and maintaining business relationships. Prior to joining Stearns, Carmen served as regional vice president with Wells Fargo’s correspondent business.
