GSF Mortgage Announces First-Ever Ohio Branch

GSF Mortgage has announced the launch of its first branch in Lima, Ohio, to be overseen by Elijah Zamudio, branch manager. Zamudio obtained his associates degree in business administration. He is currently continuing his education online to receive his bachelor’s degree. Zamudio became a loan officer in 1999 when the mortgage industry was booming. Shortly into his venture, he became a top producer in his company. Zamudio understands the importance of building strong relationships within the industry, whether it’s with Realtors or his customers. He prides himself on building referrals that last a lifetime by always following through and not giving false hope. “Today’s competitive market requires more than dedication and experience.
