Mortgage Master Inc. has announced the opening of a new retail branch office in Rye, N.Y. to cover the southern Westchester County communities and further expand its Northeast presence. Mortgage Master currently has 27 retail branch offices throughout the Northeast. Jonathan Yellon was named branch manager of the new Rye office. Yellon, who has 12 years of mortgage lending and branch management experience, has a deep understanding of Rye and the surrounding New York marketplace.
In his new leadership role, Yellon will focus on expanding relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, builders, accountants, and attorneys to provide borrowers with some of the lowest pricing and best in-class service. He will also work to grow Mortgage Master’s newest branch by hiring experienced loan officers to help borrowers purchase or refinance a home.
Joining Yellon as part of the branch are three mortgage loan officers, including Tom Ammons, Adam Copland, and Jim Van Slyck. These loan officers, along with Yellon, will focus on offering high quality mortgage lending services to borrowers in Rye and throughout communities in southern Westchester County.

Yellon brings to his new role at Mortgage Master more than 12 years of mortgage industry and leadership experience. Prior to Mortgage Master, Yellon was managing director/branch manager, at WCS Lending LLC’s Manhattan and Rye offices for nine years. During his tenure he was a top production professional and led the development of these two NY metropolitan area retail branches. Throughout his career, Yellon has built a strong network of referral resources to generate business. Yellon began his career in 2001 at MortgageIT. Yellon resides in Rye Brook NY with his wife Marcie and his two children Harper and Lucy. He has consistently been ranked among the leading mortgage professionals in New York for best in class service and production.
