John Shea Named SVP of Sales and Marketing for Birchwood Credit Services

Birchwood Credit Services Inc. has announced that John Shea has joined the company as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Shea will be responsible for overall strategic planning, customer service and sales growth while managing and directing the execution of sales plans and practices for Birchwood’s growing sales team. Shea’s background includes over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage banking and brokerage industry. During that time, he served as retail sales manager for Bank of America, branch manager at Summit Mortgage and, most recently, mortgage account officer for People's United Bank in Massachusetts. He is a member of a number of industry associations, including NAMB, MBA, and NHAR (New Hampshire Association of Realtors). “I am very proud to be joining Birchwood Credit Services,” said Shea. “Having had the opportunity to work with Birchwood as a customer gives me a true understanding of the incredible level of personal care and services this company delivers on a daily basis.”
