LRES Promotes Yvonne Thompson as VP of Human Resources

LRES has promoted Yvonne Thompson to the position of vice president of human resources where she will be responsible for developing and implementing internal policies that further strengthen the strategic direction of the company, while overseeing staffing strategies that identify and cultivate talent. She continues to play a key role in developing LRES’ corporate culture, effectively utilizing human capital within the company to further its vision and mission. “I look forward to further developing the already dynamic culture at LRES and helping to direct the company’s talent toward enhancing LRES service to our valued customers,” said Thompson. Thompson began working at LRES in 2001 as a human resources and accounting manager. Since then, she has advanced to the position of director of human resources, where she oversaw recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, and ensured company compliance with government regulations.
