Black Knight Executes Loan Servicing Agreement With Green Tree

Oct 27, 2014

Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) has announced that Green Tree Servicing has signed a Loan Servicing Agreement for MSP, Black Knight's industry-leading mortgage and consumer loan servicing platform. MSP is a complete, end-to-end system used by financial institutions to manage all servicing processes, including loan boarding, escrow administration, investor reporting and more, offering servicers the ability to meet all mortgage and consumer loan servicing needs for any size portfolio.

Based in St. Paul, Minn., Green Tree Servicing will use MSP to support its servicing and sub-servicing portfolios. Additionally, Green Tree Servicing will utilize the following Black Knight solutions to complement MSP:

►Process Management, a workflow application used to support foreclosure and bankruptcy processes.

►Invoice Management, which offers a Web-based solution that streamlines billing and invoicing processes.

"I am pleased that Green Tree Servicing, one of the largest nonbank specialty servicers in the country, has selected MSP to support its expanding servicing operations," said Joe Nackashi, CIO and president of Black Knight's Servicing Technologies division. "The proven scalability and reliability of the MSP servicing system, combined with our innovative servicing and default solutions, will help Green Tree Servicing to continue its unmatched record of servicing and compliance excellence."
