Feb 27, 2015

Veteran mortgage professional Ken Keating has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company’s Doylestown, Pa. branch office. Keating will be responsible for serving borrowers and homeowners throughout the Philadelphia area. Keating brings to Mortgage Network more than 20 years of mortgage, real estate and financial accounting experience. Most recently, he served as a loan originator for Wells Fargo Bank. Before his mortgage banking career, Keating was a long time accounting professional and real estate agent in the Bucks County area. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Keating graduated from Drexel University with a degree in business administration. He is a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors.

“Trusted mortgage professionals like Ken are the secret behind our excellent customer service record,” said Tim Hatter, sales manager of Mortgage Network’s Doylestown office. “Given his familiarity with the market and commitment to borrowers and homeowners throughout the Philadelphia area, we know he will be a valuable part of our ongoing success.”

According to Keating, the local housing picture for both homebuyers and homeowners is improving.

“Mortgage Network has a well-deserved reputation in the local market for delivering an excellent borrower experience,” said Keating. “I look forward to continue serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout the area with their mortgage and refinancing needs. Lower downpayment requirements and low interest rates are creating opportunities for first-time buyers. Before going out and looking at homes, however, buyers should talk with a trusted mortgage professional so they have a firm grasp of all of their options.”
