AE Sarah Johanns Joins Caliber Home Loans

Caliber Home Loans Inc. has announced that Sarah Johanns has joined the company as an account executive covering Minnesota and the surrounding Midwest territory. Johanns will focus on FHA/VA, conventional conforming, jumbo products and Caliber Fresh Start Non-Agency products.

"Sarah is a highly regarded professional in the mortgage banking industry with more than 20 years of experience in the correspondent and wholesale lending space," said Vickie Sperry, regional vice president of Midwest. "Her high level of customer excellence, coupled with her multi-faceted skill-set, has allowed her to achieve top production honors in the industry and we are confident she will play a key role in our efforts to grow Caliber's volumes in Minnesota and the surrounding territories."

Johanns joins Caliber with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. From 1994-2015, she has achieved success as an account executive at top-tier financial institutions; primarily responsible for developing the Minnesota market for those institutions. Her commitment to service excellence has earned her top recognition within the industry where she focuses on delivering to her customers conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA products.  

"I have covered the Midwest for many years and have established strong relationships with many brokers and correspondent customers in the region," said Johanns. "I look forward to working closely with Caliber's existing clients in the area and to building new relationships as Caliber continues its expansion across the Midwest."
