Charles Monroe to Lead GSF Mortgage's New Kansas Branch

May 18, 2015

GSF Mortgage has named Charles Monroe as branch manager in Overland Park, Kan., joining the company with 11 years of industry experience. Before he entered the mortgage industry, Monroe was in the business of purchasing and rehabbing houses. After putting together a few deals, he realized that he wanted to help the customer through the entire transaction and became a licensed loan originator. Although he is no longer purchasing and rehabbing houses, Monroe continues to develop relationships with real estate agents in his area.

“I am pleased to welcome Charles to our family. His knowledge of the loan process from both sides, along with his customer service, exemplifies a value that any customer would be lucky to have. He is a welcomed addition,” said GSF Mortgage National Sales Director Mike Maida.
