Jeff Norton Named Director of Human Resources for Castle & Cooke Mortgage

Castle & Cooke Mortgage LLC has announced the hiring of Jeff Norton to lead its Human Resources Division. Norton will be based out of the company’s Salt Lake City headquarters. As director of human resources, Norton will be responsible for overseeing the employee experience, developing talent and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that will drive sustainable business growth.

“Jeff Norton’s depth of experience will be invaluable to Castle & Cooke Mortgage’s aggressive growth strategy,” said Adam Thorpe, president and chief operating officer of Castle & Cooke Mortgage. “We are thrilled to appoint someone of Jeff’s stature and expertise to our company during the next phase of Castle & Cooke Mortgage’s evolution.”

Norton brings 20-plus years of human resources experience to Castle & Cooke Mortgage. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior director of human resources and recruiting for Extra Space Storage, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) with more than $500 million in annual sales. Norton also worked for 3Com, ADP and Deseret Book.
