Gateway Mortgage Names Gary Nachman Regional VP

Gateway Mortgage Group has announced the addition of Gary Nachman as the new regional vice president, serving Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding the Gateway footprint and retail branches in these locations.

“Gateway provides an industry-leading platform for originators to conduct their business,” Nachman said. “I look forward to contributing to the growth and expansion of this great brand, and being part of a company that truly serves the community.”

Nachman to Gateway nearly 40 years of residential mortgage experience, most recently having served as senior vice president of mortgage lending for United Republic Bank, where he was responsible for all mortgage lending. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and past president of the Nebraska Mortgage Association.

“Gary has established such a strong reputation in this industry, particularly in the region he will be serving,” said Alan Ferree, president of Gateway Mortgage. “We’re glad to have his decades of experience and look forward to having him represent Gateway as we continue to grow in these markets.”
