HomeBridge Wholesale has announced the addition of Keith Kitterman as Western Division sales manager. Kitterman, who has more than 20 years of experience in wholesale lending, known for his success in both helping mortgage lenders expand and grow their market share in new territories. One of Kitterman’s key initiatives with HomeBridge will be expanding the company’s footprint across the western half of the country, in addition to solidifying HomeBridge’s reputation for excellence with its existing broker customers.

Kitterman is a proven leader with years of experience in third party origination and in non-delegated correspondent lending. Throughout the course of his career, Kitterman has held senior leadership roles with both EverBank Financial Corporation and National City Mortgage, and just prior to joining HomeBridge, held the position of vice president with PMAC Lending Services.

“Having been in the mortgage industry for many years, it was important for me to find a company with a proven record of success in this ever-changing mortgage market," said Kitterman. "Since its inception, HomeBridge has become a leader in the industry by developing a dynamic organization with a strong customer-focus, competitive products, pricing, and industry leading technology."
