Jun 17, 2015

The Wholesale Lending Division of Carrington Mortgage Services LLC has announced the appointment of Tom O’Leary as regional sales manager. Under O’Leary’s direction, Carrington’s Wholesale operation will remain focused on continued growth, providing expanded product offerings, and producing faster turn-times to effectively meet market demands. With more than 15 years in mortgage lending, O’Leary possesses the experience and dedication necessary to ensure the most efficient delivery of products and services to Carrington’s clients. O’Leary’s proven success in retail and wholesale residential mortgage origination, real estate, consumer finance, and the commercial loan origination industry, provides Carrington with the leadership and sales management experience necessary to drive the regional sales force for the wholesale group.

“I’m excited to join the emerging leader in government lending, and contribute to further building upon and equipping Carrington’s wholesale lending team to provide the highest quality in customized service and performance,” said O’Leary.

He joins Carrington most recently from Mountain West Financial, where he served as regional vice president and spearheaded retail mortgage loan origination offices, including P&L management, recruiting new branches, increasing production, and managing the relationship between the outside sales force and inside operational support teams.

“Carrington remains sharply focused on increasing our capacity, expanding our offerings and widening our reach to serve more consumers – tasks that require strong leadership and commitment at the local level,” said Ray Brousseau, executive vice president of Carrington Mortgage Services' Mortgage Lending Division. “With Tom O’Leary’s industry knowledge and his tenacity to meet the unique needs of the clients we serve, he is well-positioned to lead our wholesale lending operations and add tremendous value to our customers.”
