LoanLogics Names Randy Peralta VP of Sales

LoanLogics has hired Randy Peralta as vice president of sales for the Northwest U.S.

“Randy has a proven track record of sales success in the mortgage industry, understands the needs of lenders and, most importantly, understands how to position LoanLogics’ industry leading offerings to address those needs. He has already demonstrated that he has the ability to excel in his new role,” said Matt Woolley, SVP of sales at LoanLogics. “Randy has expertise, knowledge and has earned a reputation for integrity that gives him immediate credibility with clients and prospects.

As vice president of sales for the Northwest U.S., Peralta is responsible for selling LoanLogics’ portfolio of products and services to mortgage lenders, investment firms, credit unions, community banks, and other financial institutions. Also, he will develop opportunities with third parties such as mortgage insurers, appraisal management companies and loan origination system providers. In addition, he will maintain and deepen LoanLogics’ relationships with existing clients.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, Peralta served as national sales director for the West at Interthinx for two years and 10 years as vice president of Strategic Accounts at CoreLogic, covering fraud, valuation and BPO services, as well as property, demographic and credit-based data and analytics to top 100 mortgage bankers and servicers.
