UWM Lowers FICO Requirement to 740 on Its Conventional Elite Offerings

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has announced a significant enhancement to its Elite family of loan products. Designed to offer top borrowers with industry-leading rates, UWM will now offer its Elite pricing tier to borrowers with FICOs as low as 740.

Program highlights include:

Up to 80 percent LTV
Loan amounts from $250,000–county loan limits
Includes Conventional, ARMs and High Balance Loans
