Deborah Goguen Tapped as PRMG's Mid-Atlantic Wholesale Regional Manager

​Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) has announced the addition of Deborah Goguen as wholesale regional manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) has announced the addition of Deborah Goguen as wholesale regional manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region. She will report directly to James Matarazzo, regional vice president of the Eastern U.S. Territory and will be focusing on the strengthening, broadening and acclimating of our wholesale sales teams within the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Deborah is a 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, with a strong emphasis on the entrepreneurial vision, relationship-building skills to grow market share and revitalizing sales and operations. Along with an extensive background in leading successful teams, she is recognized for sound fiscal and operational management, strategic partnerships resulting in enhanced profitability, reduced costs and optimized shareholder value.

Over the years, Deborah has had many essential roles with previous companies as a community lending account manager at Freddie Mac, Mid-Atlantic regional vice president at American Financial Resources Inc., and Mid-Atlantic regional sales manager for Bank of America, Wachovia Bank and Lehman Brothers, to name a few.

Deborah is a HAMP Loan Modification, HARP Refinance and USA Cares Military Housing Certified Trainer. In the past, she was also a Certified Trainer for Affordable Housing and First-Time Homebuyers, along with many joint ventures with VHDA and the West Virginia and Maryland Bond Money. In an effort to stay up to date with mortgage industry, she served on the education board for The Virginia Association Mortgage Brokers (VAMB) from 1991-1998 and is a current member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and Metropolitan Bankers Association.
