Toni Bright Joins CoesterVMS as Chief Compliance Officer

CoesterVMS has hired former Iowa appraisal board regulator Toni Bright as their new chief compliance officer. Bright has more than 10 years of experience in real estate and compliance, having been in charge of multiple boards for the state of Iowa as a regulator for the last 10 years.

"Toni is extremely well-respected in the industry and brings a wealth experience and expertise with her to this new position," said Tony Pistelli, chief appraiser at Xome Settlement Services. "She will be a great addition to the CoesterVMS team."

Bright will be responsible for Coester's entire compliance department and handle a wide variety of tasks and far reaching responsibilities for state licensing, regulatory exams, privacy, quality control, fraud, consumer complaints, pending legislation, TILA, RESPA, GLB and more.
