Once again, the worlds of real estate and reel adventures have overlapped as Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has been named the listing agent for the X-Mansion

Once again, the worlds of real estate and reel adventures have overlapped as Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has been named the listing agent for the X-Mansion, the setting for the "X-Men: Apocalypse" film that opens on May 27.

Coldwell Banker and 20th Century Fox, the studio behind the new film, have created a listing site for the X-Mansion, which contains 24 bedrooms that are ideal for humans and mutants. The site also contains the history of the mansion and scenes from the new movie, and the residence itself is being listed for $75 million.

"Over the last several years, one of our core marketing strategies has been to develop meaningful relationships with new audiences that allow us to showcase the emotional and lifestyle benefits of home and extend our reach beyond traditional real estate advertising," said Sean Blankenship, chief marketing officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. "Through this exciting partnership, we are able to tell another awesome story about the meaning of home and transform the way real estate brands are reaching consumers today."
