Parkside Lending LLC has added Linda Jacopetti to support its growing government lending programs as senior vice president of Government Operations. Jacopetti will direct the operations and execution of Parkside’s government lending beginning with its current FHA program and the upcoming rollout of VA.

“I am excited about the opportunity that Parkside Lending offers–both in their people and their business products,” said Jacopetti. “I look forward to working with the team to grow the business and continue to provide the high-level support and quality products that set Parkside apart.”

Most recently she ran the government program at Bank of America and prior to that, she spent six years at Countrywide Home Loans growing its government lending channel. Her background includes underwriting, processing, closing, sales, compliance as well as development of new processes and technology solutions and launching new loan programs.

"We are thrilled to add Linda to the Parkside team. She brings exceptional expertise and experience in the government lending sector and will help us continue to grow our government business,” said Matthew Ostrander, chairman and chief executive officer of Parkside Lending. “And she is a perfect fit for our corporate values of caring, quality and innovation.”
