Dart Appraisal, an independent provider of residential real estate valuation services, has announced the promotion of Mark Luckas to director of client services from senior account manager. Luckas will oversee all client care activities for the appraisal management company, including client service delivery and management of the customer service team and client advocate group. He will also be responsible for creating best practices across the company’s client base to help promote strategic partner growth.
