May 10, 2016
HomeBridge Financial Services has announced that Fannie Mae veteran Alex Saphos has joined the company in the newly created position of investor relations advisor

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. has expanded its physical presence in the Southeast through the opening of a new office in Birmingham, Ala. Led by Jeff Covin (pictured right), branch manager, this new HomeBridge office, its first in Alabama, will give Birmingham-area homebuyers and housing industry professionals the opportunity to experience the personal level of customer service HomeBridge has become synonymous with for more than 25 years.

Covin is joined in HomeBridge’s Birmingham office by a team of experienced mortgage industry professionals that includes Scott Gilbert, Matt Henson, Keith Posey, Jenni Thomas, and Dave Tyson. This new HomeBridge branch is well-poised to handle the residential mortgage needs of borrowers and industry professionals across the greater Birmingham area, including Tuscaloosa, Jefferson, Shelby, Cullman and other nearby counties.

“HomeBridge represents a unique value for the Birmingham real estate community," said Covin. "The company has the resources borrowers typically find at a major national bank, combined with the personal attention expected from a local, Birmingham-area business. Because mortgages are our only focus at HomeBridge, borrowers that walk through our doors know that the entire organization is focused purely on making sure they have access to the best mortgage solutions for their own individual situations."
