GSF Mortgage has added a new branch office in Orlando, Fla., which will be staffed by Mortgage Loan Originators Dawn Bennes and Vikki Rogers, who bring a combined 39 years of experience to GSF.

Bennes started her career running an appraisal management company. She rented space to a mortgage broker and that is where she became interested in the industry. Eventually, she went on to start her own mortgage company where she worked as vice president and continued to open correspondent companies. She was looking to expand to the New England states and merged with another company. Bennes managed 50 loan officers and processed all of the mortgage loans.

Rogers has a finance degree. Upon graduation she wanted a new opportunity and landed in the mortgage industry. She has held many positions within the industry such as processor, quality control, underwriting assistant and loan originator. Her background allows her the ability to answer her customers’ and to maintain open communication throughout the entire home buying process.

Bennes and Rogers plan to expand their business through former real estate partners and business networking. They are both active within the community; Rogers is a member of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTA) and has coached little league.

“As we continue to grow our Florida region, Dawn and Vikki are welcomed addition to our GSF family," said GSF Mortgage Regional Manager Mike Maida. "Their dedication to community lending perfectly aligns with our marketing strategy."
