ResMac Inc. has announced the addition of three senior account executives to its Correspondent and Wholesale Channels, including Tina Burke as senior account executive (Orange County), Debbie Findlay as senior account executive (San Diego) and Irene Borunda as senior account executive (Los Angeles).

“We will continue to recruit seasoned professionals who are accustomed to quality, technology and high volume which allows us to expand our national footprint,” said Greg Lutin, senior VP of Third-Party Origination.

Burke started her career in residential lending in 1997 as a loan officer and moved into wholesale in 2002. In 2008, she began selling real estate in the Orange County area and continued to do so for the next five years. In 2013, she began selling wholesale loans again as it is her passion to serve the mortgage broker with quality products and excellent customer service. Tina’s knowledge and experience in selling loans and real estate in the Southern California market along with a healthy networking database makes her a valuable addition to the ResMac team.

Findlay, has been serving brokers in San Diego County for over 20 years. Known as the “Guideline Guru,” her brokers know they can rely on her. “My main motivation is to help my brokers in their success by getting loans approved and funded in a timely manner," said Findlay. "Providing top-notch service and keeping the lines of communication open makes me an effective and trustworthy account executive." With Debbie’s in-depth knowledge and experience we look forward to our continued expansion in the San Diego area.

With 20-plus years in the wholesale industry, Borunda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the ResMac team. While serving her clients as an outside wholesale AE covering many areas of Greater Los Angeles, she enjoys the challenges and rewards of business-to-business sales. Irene believes in developing a sales business plan and working in numbers. Her extensive knowledge of agency and government underwriting guidelines help her to insure smooth and successful loan closings for her customers. Irene has maintained strong wholesale relationships with her clients to contribute in their growth and success, which continues to result in referral and repeat business. “I enjoy new challenges and look forward to working with a company that believes in prioritizing customer service,” said Borunda.
