Jun 13, 2016
GTCR has announced that it has formed a partnership with mortgage technology executive Scott Happ to build a leading business, through the acquisition of Optimal Blue Holdings, a cloud-based software as a services (SaaS) provider

Susan Rosen has been named strategic account executive at USRES and RES.NET where she will work closely with C-Level executives to build upon additional relationships and is also charged with prospecting and promoting sales to the national sales and operations teams in support of business development.

“I have known the people at USRES and RES.NET for many years," said Rosen. "Having watched the company grow to almost 50 percent of the distressed property market share is very impressive. I am happy to be able to share my experiences supporting current customers as well as the new ones that will be coming on board.”

Rosen comes to USRES and RES.NET from Stewart Lender Services where she was vice president, strategic account manager. She began her servicing career at a well-renowned industry law firm, and quickly expanded her role to vendor manager at CitiFinancial Mortgage. Later she held positions as director, client relations and marketing at regional full-service law firms that work extensively in the financial sector. Rosen also worked for Dimont & Associates, as well as First American Title.

“So many companies these days tout their customer service as being second to none," said Angela Hurst, SVP of business development. "We believe that customer service is not a department, it’s an attitude. Having someone with Susan’s industry knowledge and integrity join our team speaks volumes about the quality of our company. We are thrilled to have her, and know our customers will appreciate the level of professionalism she brings to this position in promoting efficient, tailor-made solutions.”
