HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. has announced the promotion of Scott Bowling to Florida area manager. Bowling joined HomeBridge in 2012 in the role of branch manager and played an integral role in the opening of its Orlando office. Since then, he has been an instrumental part in HomeBridge growing to become one of Central Florida’s most respected mortgage lenders. In his new role, Bowling will oversee HomeBridge’s growth across the entire Central Florida and Panhandle regions.

"HomeBridge represents a unique value in the mortgage industry, not just for homebuyers and owners, but as a career choice as well," said Chris Wasinger, HomeBridge regional vice president. "The HomeBridge leadership team’s commitment to quality and customer service in lending provides a superior platform for attracting some of the best talent that mortgage industry has to offer, which further goes to benefit our customers and the housing industry professionals we work with every day."

“HomeBridge’s leadership, at the highest level, has established a culture that makes everyone feel like a part of a family," said Bowling. "That internal culture translates directly into how we do business with our customers, Realtors and other industry colleagues, every step of the way."

Brian Poling, regional vice president for HomeBridge, said, “The key to HomeBridge’s success in Florida has always been a combination of the customer-first way we’ve done business and our associates who understand the level of financial trust borrowers place in our hands. From borrowers looking to purchase primary or vacation homes, to seniors interested in reverse mortgages and builders looking to finance new projects, our team strives to make each and every customer feel as if their loan is the most important one in the company."
